During its meeting on May 27, the Government of the Republic of Armenia approved a number of draft decisions submitted by the State Property Management Committee:

• Within the framework of proceedings for the confiscation of property of illicit origin, the property located at 29/2 Tandzaghbyur Street, Tsaghkadzor Community, Kotayk Province, the respective share of the immovable property located at No. 8, 14th Street, P. Sevak District, Arinj Village, 2,000 shares of ACBA BANK OJSC, and the claim right amounting to USD 264,000, representing the outstanding portion of a loan of USD 294,900 granted to Belglas LLC, will be transferred to the Committee. The Committee will be responsible for the custody of the residential building located in the P. Sevak district.
• Reforms will be introduced to the procedure governing the lease of state-owned property.
• The immovable properties located at 56 Saralanj Street, Berd, Tavush Province, will be transferred to the Committee.
• The residential premises located at 29/1 Moldovakan Street, Yerevan, will be donated to one family (three persons).
• The immovable properties located at Goris Polyclinic, 5/1 Orbelyanner Street, Goris, Syunik Province, will be transferred to Goris Medical Center CJSC under the right of perpetual and gratuitous use.
• The immovable properties located at 8g-1 Banaki Street, Vanadzor, will be transferred to the Committee.
