More than 30 state-owned properties on the balance sheet of the State Property Management Committee were presented at TOON EXPO, the largest real estate and construction exhibition, held from March 27 to 29.

During the exhibition, potential investors and buyers were introduced to 33 real estate properties listed by the Committee for electronic auction in Yerevan and across the regions of Armenia, as well as three investment packages developed under the PROSPECT24 project.

The Committee's participation in the exhibition aimed to present opportunities for the efficient use of state property and to facilitate the engagement of potential investors.
